Crabtree Valley Mall
The challenge: to create a site that’s successful in promoting restaurants, clothing stores, coffee shops, department stores and a slew of other types of stores, while also developing community around the mall’s events and social media touchpoints. Challenge accepted. The site makes it so easy for users to find stores and restaurants, get driving directions, find the right parking lot (a common complaint we discovered during our research), and even discover what’s going on that weekend via their Twitter feed.
