?>I’m a senior level UX designer and strategist with over 10 years of experience. My focus is creating human-centered web apps and websites with the goals of both delighting end users and solving business challenges.
For the last 15 years of my life, I have created customer experiences across many mediums, with a focus on digital and web, and some traditional. I’ve worked with clients in healthcare, retail, homebuilding, hospitality, ticket sales/distribution and more. These companies have included HCA Healthcare, Ochsner Health, St. Charles Health, Crescent tools, eTix and many others.
I believe success is best achieved by understanding a target audience’s needs and goals. My experience has been that once this knowledge is gained and business goals are aligned with them, stellar digital products and web experiences are born.
